PROTECTION COMPONENT
Partial allocation of funds to a Reference Bond, wich:
- is a zero-coupon bond
- Or whose coupon streams are upfronted through derivatives
Instifolio Protect
COMBINATION OF INSTIFOLIO & CAPTIAL PROTECTION
- One part of tinvestment amount is invested into the Protection Component and the Instifolio
- The Instifolio component can be leveraged to allow a certain target exposure into performance bearing instruments
- On Maturity Date, the investor receives at least the Capital Protection amount with upside participation of the Instifolio
