Index description
Selection Criteria & Process;
The Index Allocator employs a discretionary strategy and considers the allocation criteria.
From the Index Universe, the Allocator chooses such components which fulfil the Index Component Selection Criteria. The strategy's objective is to have a balance between a current income and providing opportunity for capital appreciation.
Allocation Criteria;
The allocations to each Index Component are based on a manager assessment, rolling strategic asset allocation updates, size vs. opportunity evaluation, applicable technical data inputs, technical indicators, market access costs and other relevant factors.
In addition, cash holdings within the Index can be represented through highly liquid money market funds or foreign exchange spot positions. Within the allocation criteria, the Index Components will be reweighted.
Index Universe
The RAPA Global Equity and Fixed Income Index seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of underlying equity, fixed income and other ETFs. In order to achieve a higher current income, the Index can also allocate up to 40% in strategies based on Currencies, Investment Funds, Options and Futures.
